Headache TEA

This tea uses feverfew, well known as the best natural herbal remedy for relieving headaches and migraines. In the past, feverfew was used much as aspirin is used today. It also helps with dizziness and vertigo, and aids circulation to the head area and brain. Ginger root also aids circulation, relieves headache, as well as other body aches, with peppermint chiming in for improved circulation and taste. Do not boil this tea.

Steep tea in hot water for five to seven minutes.
